Job summary

JN Bentley is recruiting for a Site Manager to lead site delivery on Anglian Water projects in Peterborough. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage resources and drive timely completion to high standards on complex infrastructure works.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong health and safety focus, budget control experience, and familiarity with CCMS and change control processes. A construction-related qualification is desirable, and alliance delivery experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure/site operations.
• Strong health, safety, environmental and quality management on live sites.
• Commercial awareness with budget reporting and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activities aligned with programme; manage subcontractors and resources.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are embedded on site.
• Support handover and ensure STO readiness at DM4.
• Maintain site assurance with CSIR/CEIR/CQIR; collaborate with Delivery Assurance Manager.
• Monitor budgets and approve expenditure and timesheets.
