Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role in Manchester. You will manage commercial activities across water industry projects, coordinating with client teams and suppliers to keep costs on track.

Key duties include preparing payment applications, tracking certificates and invoices, raising EWNs, and producing CVRs. You will support cost forecasts and risk reviews while maintaining compliant contracts (NEC3/4).

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in water industry is expected.
• Solid understanding of NEC3/4 contracts and cost management processes.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, submit and track payment applications.
• Monitor certificates, invoices and payment schedules.
• Raise EWNs and manage change, requests and variations.
• Produce and present monthly CVRs.
• Support estimates and cost forecasts.
• Track project costs, purchase orders and commercial performance.
• Review contracts and ensure obligations are met.
• Prepare subcontract documentation and support subcontract management.
• Build strong relationships with client commercial teams.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities.
