SER Limited in the Gloucester area is seeking a Water Hygiene Plumber to join our Environment & Safety team. You will carry out plumbing remedial works across commercial water systems, including tank cleaning, chlorination, TMV servicing, and RPZ valve servicing.

The ideal candidate holds a recognised plumbing qualification, experience in water hygiene, knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive, independent approach.

Competenze

• Recognition of a formal plumbing qualification (NVQ or City & Guilds).
• Experience delivering water hygiene/remedial plumbing works.
• Knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274 requirements for Legionella control.

Mansioni

• Carrying out plumbing remedial works across commercial water systems.
• Tank cleaning and chlorination of water systems.
• Chlorination and disinfection of water systems.
• TMV servicing, including full servicing and fail-safe testing.
• Calorifier inspections.

Water Hygiene Plumber

Location: Gloucester Area
Salary: up to £42,000 DOE + benefits

I'm recruiting for a Water Hygiene Plumber to join an established Environment & Safety team, supporting clients in maintaining safe, compliant water systems and helping to prevent the risks associated with Legionella.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive, reliable and hands-on individual who enjoys working independently, delivering quality work and being part of a knowledgeable team.

What's involved?

• Carrying out plumbing remedial works across commercial water systems.
• Tank cleaning and chlorination.
• Chlorination and disinfection of water systems.
• TMV servicing, including full servicing and fail-safe testing.
• Calorifier inspections.
• RPZ valve servicing.
• Following established procedures to ensure work is completed safely and in line with relevant legislation and industry guidance.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A recognised NVQ or City & Guilds plumbing qualification.
• Experience within water hygiene and plumbing remedial works.
• Knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274, including Legionella control requirements.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A reliable, flexible and methodical approach to your work.
• IT literacy, including the use of handheld devices to record and complete work.
