Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Water Hygiene Engineer in Luton to join a well-established water hygiene and treatment company. You will deliver water hygiene services across a range of commercial and public sector sites, performing temperature monitoring, flushing, sampling, and TMV maintenance.

With a minimum of three years' water hygiene experience and relevant qualifications, you will work to current legislation and WRAS guidelines, holding a valid UK driving licence and ensuring safe,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience within water hygiene or related plumbing position.
• Relevant water hygiene qualifications or training.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Delivering water hygiene services across a variety of client sites
• Carrying out temperature monitoring, system flushing, and water sampling
• Servicing and maintaining TMVs, including minor remedial works
• Inspecting, cleaning, and disinfecting cold water storage tanks and calorifiers
• Completing showerhead descaling and disinfection tasks
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with ACoP L8, HSG274, HTM 04-01, and WRAS guidelines

Water Hygiene Engineer

Location: Luton

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

A well-established water hygiene and treatment company is seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join its growing team.

You will work across a range of commercial and public sector sites, carrying out both planned and reactive water hygiene duties to ensure client systems remain fully compliant with current legislation and industry standards.
