Job summary

Next Level Talent Group is recruiting Water Hygiene Engineers for a field-based role centred around London and the South of England, with national travel. The role focuses on delivering compliant water hygiene services, maintaining high standards and contributing to business improvements.

Salary ranges from £30,000 to £40,000 (DOE). Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. A company vehicle, fuel support, pension, and 30 days annual leave are included."

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in water hygiene, water treatment, or Legionella risk management.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
• Knowledge of water hygiene legislation (ACoP L8, HSG274, British Standards).

Responsibilities

• Carry out temperature monitoring and planned maintenance tasks.
• Clean and maintain cold water storage tanks.
• Service thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs).
• Perform showerhead descaling and cleaning.
• Collect water samples and submit for UKAS analysis.
• Produce accurate technical reports and maintain records.
• Deliver high-quality service within SLAs and safety guidelines.

They are now looking for multiple Water Hygiene Engineers to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

The Role:

This role is focused on supporting the efficient delivery of services, ensuring high-quality standards for clients. You will work closely with operational teams to meet business requirements while continuously striving to enhance service offerings and exceed client expectations. Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 (DOE)

Location: Field based around London and South of England, with some national travel.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Carry out temperature monitoring and other planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
• Clean and maintain cold water storage tanks.
• Service Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs).
• Perform showerhead descaling and cleaning.
• Support service delivery as required by the business.
• Complete PPM tasks in line with industry guidelines and best practices.
• Conduct clean and disinfection procedures on water systems.
• Collect water samples and submit them for analysis to a UKAS-accredited laboratory.
• Perform site inspections of water systems to assess compliance and condition.
• Produce accurate and detailed technical reports.
• Work to agreed schedules and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Deliver a first-class service, ensuring all work meets industry regulations and client specifications.
• Maintain accurate records, complete documentation, and carry out administrative tasks.
• Provide commercial support as required.
• Deliver reports and projects on time, meeting quality standards and company expectations.

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum of 5 years' experience in water hygiene, water treatment, or Legionella risk management.
• Be flexible with travel and overnight stays based on business needs.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and stay up to date with water hygiene legislation, including ACoP L8, HSG274, and British Standards.
• Have a valid UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel as required
