Job summary

Rock Compliance Ltd in the Chester area is seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join our team. You will conduct ACoP L8 HSG274 part 2 compliance work, perform TMV testing and servicing, and manage flushing and testing of expansion vessels.

The role includes showerhead cleaning, disinfection support, and annual tank inspections. A full driving license and DBS check are required; some regional travel and overnight stays may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ACoP L8 HSG274 part 2 compliance related work.

• Provide disinfection support and 2nd man assistance.
• Carry out annual tank inspections and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ACoP L8 HSG274 part 2 compliance related work
• TMV Fail Safe Testing & Calibration and Servicing
• Flushing & Testing of Expansion Vessels
• Showerhead cleaning and disinfection
• Cleaning & disinfection support (2nd man)
• Annual Tank Inspections & Clean

Required Skills:

• Clear and confident communication skills
• Standards, systems, procedures, and process focused
• Self-motivated, using own initiative, desire to learn and achieve
• City & Guilds Legionella Awareness, City & Guilds Legionella in Hot and Cold Water Systems or a vocational training course relating to Water Hygiene
• Cooling tower cleaning experience.
• A full clean driving license is required
• You may be required to travel around your region with the need for an occasional overnight stay
• Due to the nature of some of our clients, a DBS check will be conducted on all of our new starters.
