Clarion Housing Group is recruiting a Contract Surveyor to manage mechanical and electrical assets focused on water hygiene. The role covers contract management, performance monitoring, and liaison with water hygiene contractors across the region.

You will work within a national team with hybrid working and flexible options, supporting continuous improvement while meeting legal and contractual requirements. Travel across the region is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating or managing M&E or heating contractors.
• Membership of CIOB, CIBSE or CIPS, or a Level 3+ technical qualification.
• Desirable experience in social housing and knowledge of compliance standards.

Aufgaben

• Manage contracts and monitor contractor performance for water hygiene assets.
• Liaise with specialists and internal teams to ensure safe, compliant services.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure service levels are met.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across water hygiene streams.
