Job summary

Control Flow Technologies is looking for a Plumber - Water Efficiency Engineer to join its field-based team serving Liverpool and the Wirral. You will visit customers at pre-booked appointments, install water-saving devices to help households reduce water usage, and carry out minor repairs.

This hands-on role suits someone who works well independently, meets customers, and manages their own day. A valid NVQ Level 2 Plumbing and full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable working in customers' homes.
• Professional, reliable, and friendly approach.
• EUSR Water Hygiene qualification, or willingness to obtain.
• DBS check, or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Installing water-saving devices.
• Identifying and repairing minor leaks.
• Working safely around water meters.
• Giving customers practical water efficiency advice.
• Managing van stock and daily appointments.
• Updating completed work through the CRM system.
