Job summary

Control Flow is seeking a Household Water Auditor – Field Based Technician to join its Water Efficiency Team across Liverpool and the Wirral. You will visit customers in their homes to carry out water surveys, check readings and install simple saving devices.

This permanent, field-based role comes with a company vehicle and fuel card, 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, and ongoing training and support to help you deliver practical water-saving improvements.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs or similar work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to speak with customers face-to-face and explain water-saving measures.

Responsibilities

• Visit households across Liverpool and the Wirral.
• Carry out water efficiency surveys and basic checks.
• Install water-saving devices and identify minor leaks.
• Record visits and outcomes using the CRM system.
• Manage equipment and vehicle stock.
• Work towards daily and weekly targets.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures.
