Job summary

AECOM LIMITED in London (Aldgate) is seeking a Water Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on blue-green infrastructure, drainage and flood risk projects. You will oversee design stages from feasibility to construction, ensuring standards, safety and quality. visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered or Incorporated status or working toward it with ICE/CIWEM.
• Experience delivering sustainable drainage or nature-based solutions in leadership roles.
• Experience in outline/detailed design of flood risk or drainage schemes.
• Proven track in leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Right to work in the UK or visa sponsorship eligibility for Skilled Worker.

• Manage project programmes and budgets and coordinate stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to multidisciplinary teams and external clients.
