We are looking for a Water Compliance Coordinator who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

This role is for a 12 month fixed term basis.

As The Water Compliance Coordinator Your Key Responsibilities Are

  • To maintain appropriate records, documents and reporting systems to ensure these are up to date
  • Monitor, track, and report water quality data and assist with water quality investigations
  • Monitor, record, and assist with water quality customer communication to maintain excellent customer service
  • To risk assess water quality events and escalate when required
  • To support the delivery of regulatory reporting to strict deadlines

About You

  • Excellent administration and customer service experience
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to maintain a helpful and customer focussed work environment
  • Exceptional record keeping skills are essential to ensure audit trails are maintained
  • Excellent communication skills
