To verify that the company is only billing and paying for services rendered unless otherwise documented by a supervisor. Perform additional miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed. To assist in accurate preparation for payroll and billing cycles.

To verify that the company is only billing and paying for services rendered unless otherwise documented by a supervisor. Perform additional miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed. To assist in accurate preparation for payroll and billing cycles.
Responsibilities
- On a daily basis, confirm unconfirmed shifts by assigned Offices in the Generations Home Care System.
- Reach out to clients first then caregivers to confirm shifts lacking logs/notes or having logs/notes indicating services times outside of the authorized schedule when timeslip hasn’t been received and there is a payroll and/or billing deadline
- Send emails to office notifying the timeslips that are needed
- If confirming Worcester Office contact caregivers for needed timeslips and those that have been received and are there is missing and/or incorrect information.
- Trouble shooting difficulty with GPS or Telephony logs with caregivers and office staff. (Paper timeslips should be the exception not the rule)
- Adjust schedule times according to existing logs within authorized hours.
- Document activity and findings in shift and create call centers.
- Double check accuracy of final scheduled time before confirming shifts.
- Review cancelled shifts to ensure all Service Codes are “Cancelled”.
- Run Travel Time daily, creating Travel Time for travel under 120 minutes.
- Ensure confirmations are completely up to date by the following time frames:
- Monday morning after each payroll cycle
- 2 business day after the end of each month
- Run the mileage report daily and confirm that visit notes support driving on the client’s behalf.
- Delete mileage that is entered and not accounted for in visit notes.
- Correct excessive mileage and ongoing issues to the attention of Home Care Managers.
- Update managers on caregivers that are routinely non-compliant.
- Communicate any caregiver or client concerns gathered during communication around shift times.
- On daily basis check Wellsky Updates, make changes in Generations, and create call centers to notify offices of changes
- Retrieve inservices from Monkey Survey for Central West caregivers, update Generation Reminders, and forward to Recruiters
- Assist in collecting Missing Items Due and escalating appropriately
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting company deadlines
- Home Care scheduling experience is a plus.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong technical skills.
- Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.

Work is performed in offices and or employee home. This employee must have the ability to meet the following physical requirements:
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
- Must demonstrate sufficient strength, endurance and flexibility to perform job duties

- Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the agency
