Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects in the South & West Yorkshire region. You will oversee delivery of water infrastructure schemes, manage site teams, and coordinate with Yorkshire Water to ensure programs, budgets and safety standards are met.

The role covers projects from pre-construction to handover, with a strong emphasis on NEC contract administration, risk management and stakeholder liaison.

Formación

• Proven Project Manager with heavy civil engineering/water experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at £5m+.
• Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Overall management and delivery of water infrastructure projects.
• Lead Site Agents, Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors.
• Manage programmes, milestones and delivery targets.
• Monitor project costs, progress and commercial performance.
• Manage NEC contractual matters including Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Liaise with Yorkshire Water and project stakeholders.
