• Experience supervising construction sites within water/wastewater utilities.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills with experience managing teams.
• Solid knowledge of health, safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Planning, problem‑solving, reporting and using digital site management tools.
• SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor and First Aid or equivalent safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of our construction sites.
• Coordinate site teams and subcontractors, manage labour, plant and materials.
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate site records and drive productivity.
• Ensure works meet design, quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with Site Agents, Project Managers and stakeholders.
