Job summary

Browne Group is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our construction sites in Kent, Sussex and Hampshire. You will lead site teams and subcontractors, coordinate materials and plant, and ensure work is delivered to design, safety, quality and programme requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate with Project Managers, Site Agents and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction sites within water/wastewater utilities, with safe on-time delivery.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication; manage teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health, safety, quality and regulatory compliance with hands-on site experience.
• Proficient in planning, problem-solving, reporting, and using digital site management tools.
• Qualifications including SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor, First Aid and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of construction sites, ensuring safety, programme and budget adherence.
• Coordinate site teams and subcontractors; manage labour, plant and materials.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain accurate site records.
