Job summary

Browne is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to bring structure, safety and momentum to our sites across the Greater London area. You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate operatives and subcontractors, and ensure works progress safely, on time and in line with specifications.

As a UK contractor in water and civil engineering, Browne values clear communication, problem-solving and hands-on leadership on site.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction or similar works sites.
• Experience in the water/wastewater utilities industry.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to motivate site teams.
• Relevant site qualifications (e.g. SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS card).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to specification.
• Coordinate site operatives and subcontractors and manage work sequencing.
• Monitor quality and maintain health and safety standards.
• Act as the key on-site contact and keep communication clear.
• Address issues proactively to ensure works progress smoothly while upholding Browne values.
