AECOM in the UK is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead end-to-end work winning for our water bids, from capture through interview and lessons learned. You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to deliver compliant, compelling proposals for projects from £5m to £20m+ and work with leadership to shape win strategies.

You'll engage stakeholders at all levels, drive bid stages, analyse debriefs, and mentor the work winning team.

Qualificações

• Experience of managing complex multi-disciplinary bids in construction/engineering from capture through to lessons learned.
• Experience of creating win strategies/themes for compelling bid responses.
• Sound working knowledge of Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality output to deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ownership of all aspects within control.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and managing large/complex proposals that may involve multiple departments and regions, from capture to interview/lessons learned.
• Overseeing positioning and capture activities, facilitating win strategy workshops with key stakeholders.
• Following best practices and using templates to create compliant bids.
• Leading bid stages including kick off, planning, reviews, document production and interviews.
• Analyzing debriefs and client feedback to identify trends and best practices.
• Leading discrete projects within the work winning team to embed bidding best practice.
• Assisting the Water Work Winning Lead with pipeline management and resource planning.
