AECOM in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to shape the future of our Water bid work. You will own end-to-end work winning for complex bids, ranging from £5m to £20m+, reporting to the Work Winning Lead for Water and collaborating with stakeholders across disciplines.

You will contribute to a team of experts delivering climate resilience, water solutions, and energy transition projects across the UK & Ireland, with a flexible hybrid working model and career development

Formación

• Experience managing complex multi-disciplinary bids from capture to lessons learned.
• Ability to craft win strategies to create compelling bid responses.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality output.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage large/complex proposals across multiple departments and regions.
• Oversee positioning and capture activities and facilitate win strategy workshops.
• Follow best practices using standardized processes and templates.
• Lead bid stages from kick-off through interviews and lessons learned.
• Analyze debriefs and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead projects to embed bidding best practices and train others.
• Assist with active pipeline management and resource planning.
