AECOM’s Water business seeks a Senior Bid Manager to lead end-to-end work-winning for large-scale water bids (£5m–£20m+). You will report to the Water Work Winning Lead, deliver high-quality proposals, and collaborate with stakeholders to win strategic opportunities.

The role sits within a dynamic, globally recognized team and supports hybrid work arrangements. Join around 700 UK & Ireland experts across civil, mechanical, electrical and process engineering to deliver projects from concept

Formación

• Experience in managing complex multi-disciplinary bids from capture to lessons learned.
• Experience creating win strategies/themes for compliant bid responses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines with quality output.
• Meticulous and thorough, taking responsibility for all aspects.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage large/complex proposals across multiple departments and regions.
• Oversee positioning and capture activities, run win strategy workshops.
• Follow best practices and templates to produce compliant bids.
• Lead bid stages from kickoff to interviews and lessons learned.
• Analyze debriefs and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead projects to embed bidding best practices across Water.
• Support pipeline management and resource planning for Water Work Winning.
