Job summary

Rullion Ltd is seeking a Senior Design Manager for water AMP8 projects. Hybrid working is available, with 2 days per week from home, and multiple office bases across the UK.

You will lead and coordinate design teams, manage interfaces and risk, and drive smarter, more sustainable solutions within major water frameworks. You will work with clients, contractors and supply chain partners to shape projects, mentor senior designers, and ensure robust design governance and assurance throughout the

• Led multidisciplinary design teams in water projects.
• Experience with optioneering, outline design and construction support.
• Strong design governance, risk management and assurance familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams on AMP8 water and wastewater programmes.
• Guide design from optioneering and outline design through detailed design and construction support.
• Mentor Design Managers, coordinators and discipline leads to strengthen the team.
• Influence projects, teams and clients beyond simple progress reporting.
