Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Watch Repairs Administrator for an onsite, part‑time role (20 hours across 5 days). You will be based in our watch repairs workshop and manage the full administrative flow from logging repairs to coordinating materials and handling customer enquiries.

You will work closely with store colleagues, external partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth repair journey and a high-quality customer experience.

• Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately receiving, logging and allocating all watch repair jobs.
• Supporting the flow of work through the workshop to ensure timely processing and completion.
• Liaising with store teams and external partners to maintain a high-quality repair service.
• Communicating with customers via phone, email and post to handle enquiries and provide updates.
• Translating complex technical information into clear language for customers and staff.
• Investigating and resolving enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Ordering and managing materials needed for repairs with suppliers and internal teams.
• Handling complaints and escalations, delivering positive customer outcomes.
