Signet Jewelers in Birmingham is seeking a Watch Repairs Administrator for an onsite, part-time role (20 hours across 5 days). You will join our specialist Watch Repairs team in the workshop, logging repairs and guiding customers through the repair journey.

You'll coordinate with store colleagues, external partners and internal teams to ensure smooth administrative flow from logging repairs to handling enquiries, materials and updates, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communication with ability to simplify technical language.
• Customer focused, empathetic and solution driven.
• Able to work in a fast-paced workshop with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in repair/service/logistics or customer support is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receiving, logging and allocating all watch repair jobs.
• Supporting the workflow through the workshop for timely processing.
• Liaising with store teams and external partners to maintain quality service.
• Communicating with customers via phone, email and post to handle enquiries and updates.
• Translating technical information into clear language for customers and staff.
• Investigating and resolving enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Ordering and managing materials for repairs with internal teams.
• Handling complaints and escalations to deliver positive outcomes.
