Job summary

Network Plus is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to support Non-Core Wastewater projects across Cheshire and Greater Manchester. You will provide engineering and technical support, oversee quality standards, and ensure works meet project requirements across multiple sites within the United Utilities region.

You will undertake setting-out, use EDM and dumpy levels, maintain records, perform quality checks, and act as the quality lead across projects.

Qualifications

• Wastewater project experience preferred within UK water sector
• Strong setting-out capability including line and level
• Practical knowledge of EDM and dumpy levels and site QA processes
• Excellent record-keeping and as-built documentation
• Ability to assess material and installation quality
• Strong communication with clients, subcontractors and project teams
• Full UK driving licence for site travel

Responsibilities

• Undertake setting-out activities across multiple sites
• Use EDM and dumpy levels for accuracy
• Perform pre- and post-work inspections and checks
• Maintain accurate site records and as-built information
• Carry out quality checks on materials and installations
• Lead quality across assigned projects and oversee subcontractors
• Respond to technical queries on site
• Communicate with clients and project teams effectively
• Work independently across sites and ensure compliance with specs
