Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Site Agent to oversee wastewater infrastructure projects across North Wales. You will lead site surveys, investigations and monitoring, coordinating civil, mechanical and electrical interfaces while ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires managing multidisciplinary teams, maintaining programme control and delivering robust project documentation to support ongoing operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site teams on wastewater projects.
• Proven ability to deliver across live water/wastewater environments.
• Strong coordination of multidisciplinary interfaces (civil/mechanical/electrical)
• Knowledge of CDM 2015 and health & safety best practices.
• CSCS Supervisor/Manager certification and SMSTS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination and management across multiple wastewater sites.
• Coordinate site surveys, investigations and monitoring activities.
• Ensure safe delivery within live operational environments.
• Manage interfaces between civil, MEICA, commissioning and operations teams.
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors to meet programme milestones.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans and recover delays where needed.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and deliverables.
• Promote safety leadership and safe systems of work.
