Job summary

Lanes Group is recruiting for a role based in Samlesbury working alongside United Utilities. The position involves responding to the Bucket 1 reactive contract, cleaning and inspecting sewer networks, and providing clear updates to customers. The shift pattern runs 8am–6pm front shift and 12pm–10pm back shift, with weekends and bank holidays included.

HGV Class 2 is desirable; training can be provided. Location is Samlesbury with a 42.5 hour week and a base salary of £34,269–£38,542 depending on

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 (C) is desirable.
• NRSWA Sign, Lighting, Guarding experience.
• High pressure water jetting proficiency required or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work with a CST UU Operative to clean, camera and carry out sewer investigations.
• Inform customers of works, answer concerns and provide timescales.
• Inspect drainage systems to identify blockages, leaks or damage.
• Carry out all aspects of high pressure water jetting.
• Operate jetting equipment to clear blockages in drains and sewers.
• Perform CCTV inspections to assess underground pipes.
