Job summary

Severn Trent is looking for multiple Network Optimisation Support Technicians to join our Asset Planning (Waste Networks) team. This field-based role is based in Raynesway, Derby, and involves installing, maintaining and managing pressure monitoring equipment across our wastewater assets.

You’ll carry out site surveys, support temporary flow monitoring, collect data, and contribute to network optimisation programmes.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office and digital tools are used to record and analyse data.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Organised and able to manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and manage pressure monitoring equipment across wastewater assets
• Support deployment and recovery of temporary flow monitoring equipment
• Carry out field surveys, inspections and investigations to assess asset performance
• Collect, validate and update asset information to improve data quality
• Support Rising Main investigations and follow-on activities
• Work safely across operational sites following health and safety standards
