Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking Wastewater Network Modellers (Assistant to Principal) to work on projects for major UK water companies. You will support hydraulic modelling using InfoWorks ICM/CS and other platforms, contributing to model interrogation and development of new models to understand asset performance.

The role offers opportunities to progress within a large, award-winning water team across the UK, with strong client relationships and exposure to diverse projects.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering, environmental science, geography or related field.
• Chartered membership of ICE/CIWEM or working towards chartership.
• Strong knowledge and experience in urban drainage modelling and ability to check outputs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input on urban drainage projects and support wastewater team delivery.
• Develop feasibility studies and optioneering.
• Use network models to evaluate and optimise asset performance.
• Prepare reports and supporting drawings.
• Define work needed by field investigation teams.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and coordinate project meetings.
