Severn Trent Water is seeking a Standards & Assurance Manager for the Waste Water Recycling Team in Minworth. You will drive standards into real-world performance, delivering robust compliance and improving operational outcomes across the region.

You will develop compliant documentation, support operations, monitor performance, and lead continuous improvement to strengthen regulatory outcomes and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience turning standards into real-world performance.
• Proven ability to drive regulatory compliance and improve operations.
• Knowledge of CDM and contractor management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, compliant documentation.
• Support and challenge operational teams to meet standards and safety rules.
• Monitor performance, report on compliance, and address risk or underperformance.
• Lead continuous improvement to embed best practice across the region.
