Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive contract management experience in waste/environmental services.
• Experience managing joint venture (JV) arrangements and insourcing transitions.
• Experience within or with a local authority is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste collection and street cleansing services to ensure safety, efficiency and performance.
• Resolve operational issues with the JV partner and drive service improvements.
• Support preparations for future insourcing of frontline services.
