Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Service – Waste & Street Scene for an interim assignment with a Local Authority. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across frontline services, driving performance, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

The role covers waste collection, recycling, street cleansing, grounds maintenance and environmental services, with oversight of large teams and key stakeholders.

• Extensive Local Authority experience.
• Senior leadership experience within Waste/Street Scene/Environmental Services.
• Experience managing large budgets, contracts, and workforce operations.
• Proven ability to drive service improvements and change programmes.
