Job summary

Reconomy Connect in Newark is seeking a confident Telesales Executive to help grow our customer base across the UK. This fully office-based role focuses on responding to enquiries, processing orders, and building lasting relationships with builders' merchants, SMEs, and commercial customers.

You'll split your day between phone and email, work with suppliers and internal teams, and look for opportunities to increase sales and margin.

Qualifications

• Previous telesales or sales experience is advantageous.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM is preferred.
• Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, builders' merchants, or similar environments.
• Experience handling enquiries, quotes and orders is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming enquiries and quotation requests
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Making and receiving customer calls
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Managing multiple email inboxes and ensuring timely responses
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to deliver great service
• Spotting opportunities to increase sales and margin
• Maintaining accurate customer information within the CRM system
• Delivering a first-class customer experience from enquiry through to order completion
