Job summary

Talentmark is recruiting a Business Development Manager for a Waste Management and Recycling solutions provider on a full-time basis. The role entails identifying new customers, maintaining a sales pipeline, and developing long-term client relationships in the UK.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth onboarding and retention, while keeping CRM records up to date. Experience in waste and a track record in BD are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the waste industry.
• Experience in a Customer Service / Business Development role.
• Ability to identify new leads and convert these to sales.
• Experience developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new target customers through calls, emails and meetings.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and work toward revenue targets.
• Understand client needs and build professional relationships.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth onboarding to retention process.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
