Hull City Council is seeking a Development Support Officer to help shape and implement new recycling and waste services across Hull. You will work with the Policy & Partnership Manager and Recycling Team Leader, performing data-driven research and coordinating contractors to deliver innovative schemes.

Role involves stakeholder engagement, fieldwork, and the development of longer-term waste strategies in collaboration with partners.

Competenze

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Project management experience or qualification.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Support the development of recycling and waste strategies and projects.
