Derby City Council is seeking a Waste Outreach Officer to engage residents in reducing household waste and boosting recycling in Derby. You will run campaigns, work with communities and schools, and promote strategies for better waste management across the city.

You should be a proactive communicator with a driving licence, able to work independently and plan your workload to meet deadlines. The role is permanent and full time.

Formación

• Excellent communication and ability to advise, guide and persuade a range of audiences to reduce waste.
• Ability to plan and manage own workload to deliver campaigns to deadline.
• Strong customer service and community engagement skills.
