Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe working practices and general Health and Safety principles.
• Experience of working in outdoor environments.
• Ability to assess hazards and communicate warnings.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for health and safety of self and colleagues, ensuring safe working practices and PPE use.
• Follow guidance from the driver during the working day.
• Complete daily tasks across service areas and routes.
• Assist the driver with dynamic risk assessments and reversing operations.
• Operate equipment in line with training and report issues/incidents.
• Ensure collections are completed and receptacles returned.
• Maintain high levels of customer service during collections.
