Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Refuse Loader in Dunstable to support a waste management operation. You will assist with collecting waste from homes and businesses, working in a three-person team, and loading waste onto collection vehicles on a 07:00–15:30 schedule.

The role offers full training, PPE, and the opportunity for permanent employment after a qualifying period, with weekly pay and a range of benefits. Physical outdoor work and adherence to safety procedures are required.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Collecting wheelie bins from residential and commercial properties.
• Assisting the driver with daily waste collection routes.
• Loading waste safely onto collection vehicles.
• Working efficiently as part of a team.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
