Dorset Council is hiring Loaders to join our waste and recycling teams. No previous experience is required; you will be part of a team responsible for collecting waste and recycling from roadsides to keep Dorset clean and sustainable.

You will have access to training and development opportunities to progress, with a 37-hour week on a rota that includes early shifts, weekends and bank holidays. We offer additional overtime and a supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
• Commitment to safety and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team that collects waste and recycling from roadsides to support environmental goals.
• Be open to training and development opportunities to progress.
