Biffa Group in Aylesbury is recruiting a Waste Management Executive to support our South Oxfordshire Council team. The role is office-based, full-time, 40 hours per week with a salary of £25,174.

You will be the frontline contact for customers, resolving enquiries, providing accurate information and updating records with strong attention to detail. The job requires a customer-focused attitude and clear, professional communication.

About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and making a difference to the customer experience? Join Biffa as a Waste Management Executive, supporting our South Oxfordshire Council team.

You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping to resolve enquiries, provide accurate information and ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. Working as part of a friendly, energetic and supportive team, you’ll play an important role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
