Biffa Waste Services in Aylesbury is seeking a Waste Management Executive to join the South Oxfordshire Council team. This office-based, full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving enquiries and providing accurate information to customers.

You will maintain records, stay calm under pressure and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience. Full training is provided along with holiday entitlement and staff perks.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a range of customers.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

• Previous customer service experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office would be advantageous, but are not essential, as full training will be provided.
