Job summary

Bristol Waste Company is seeking a Waste Disposal and Materials Sale Contracts Co-ordinator to support contract delivery, data management, and market analysis across the region.

You will work with the Materials Sales Manager, oversee weighbridge data (Weightron), monitor SLA/KPI performance, and help forecast budgets.

This role offers a hybrid working model with 37.5 hours per week and a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and value for our customers and council partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent data interrogation, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Strong market analysis and trend-tracking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Highly organised with superior time management and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support the Materials Sales Manager in contract management for waste transfer and treatment.
• Assist with contractor monitoring to ensure SLA/KPI performance and payments.
• Maintain records across weighbridges using the internal system (Weightron).
• Track market volumes and price trends to inform pricing and offtake decisions.
• Assist data collection from internal and external sources.
• Prepare volume and pricing reports for monthly forecasting.
• Assist in preparing waste contract documents, tender invitations, evaluations.
• Arrange material sales and waste disposal offtakes with hauliers while keeping operations fluid.
• Administer monthly material and disposal invoices and records.
• Prepare monthly reports and dashboards for budget monitoring.
