Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom seeks a data/contract analyst to support waste operations, manage contract performance, and handle offtake pricing analysis. Responsibilities include data interrogation, reporting, and monthly forecasting, with a focus on compliance and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of waste operations and treatment services through management, supervision, and administration of contracts
• Support the Materials Sales Manager with material offtake contract management
• Arrange safe, compliant, and cost-effective transfer and treatment of wastes
• Monitor and manage contractor performance against contractual SLAs and KPIs
• Process contract and other payments
• Maintain updates and records across site weighbridges using the Weightron internal system
• Interrogate data and track market volumes and price trends
• Conduct market analysis to inform pricing strategies and offtake decisions
• Collect and manage data from internal and external sources
• Prepare volume and pricing data reports for monthly forecasting and budget setting
• Assist with waste contract documents, specifications, tendering, tender evaluation, and contract reviews
• Arrange material sales and waste disposal offtakes with hauliers across site locations
• Administer monthly material sales and disposal, including invoice preparation before month end
• Maintain general records
• Prepare monthly reports and performance dashboards
• Support budget monitoring, control, and forecasting
