Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking an experienced Waste Operations Manager to lead a large-scale waste collection operation in the Bradford area. You will oversee domestic and commercial waste services, optimise fleet utilisation, and ensure health and safety compliance across frontline teams.

You will manage a sizeable workforce, drive service performance, investigate incidents, monitor compliance, and implement continuous improvements across collection services.

Waste Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Waste Operations Manager to lead a large-scale waste collection operation, overseeing domestic and commercial waste services, fleet utilisation, health & safety compliance, and frontline workforce management.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring daily operational delivery, managing and developing a large team, driving service performance, investigating incidents, monitoring compliance, and implementing continuous improvements across collection services.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience managing waste, recycling, environmental services, logistics, or fleet operations
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large frontline teams
