Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Waste and Recycling Supervisor to join their Rugby-based team on a full-time, long-term agency contract.

You will lead and motivate operatives, manage KPIs and costs, run daily briefings, and handle communications with the public and local councillors. A Full UK Driving Licence and solid health and safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience within waste-management, street cleaning, or similar.
• Good understanding of health and safety.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

£17.44 p/hour

Long Term Agency Contract

We are looking for an experienced Waste and Recycling Supervisor to join our client's busy Rugby-based team.

This is a full-time, urgent role supporting all aspects of waste management.

What you’ll be doing:
