Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is urgently seeking a Waste and Recycling Supervisor to join a busy Rugby-based team on a full-time, long-term agency contract. The role supports all aspects of waste management.

You will lead a small group of operatives, monitor KPIs and costs, run daily briefings, and interact with the public and councillors while maintaining health and safety standards. Applicants should have supervisory experience in waste-management or related fields and hold a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience within waste-management, street cleaning, or something similar.
• Good understanding of health and safety
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
