Job summary
LNS Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Wash Plant Operator for a role in the Thatcham area. You will operate the wash plant and water treatment system safely and efficiently, monitor production, and perform routine inspections and basic maintenance.
The successful candidate will show good mechanical awareness, reliability and a proactive approach, with attention to detail. Hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work; 28 days' holiday includes bank holidays, and there is
Qualifications
- Experience on wash or recycling plants is desirable.
- Experience with mobile plant equipment (loading shovels, excavators) is advantageous.
- Good mechanical awareness and troubleshooting skills.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and good team player.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Operate the wash plant and water treatment system safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production and carry out routine inspections.
- Perform basic maintenance and daily pre-start checks.
- Ensure recycled aggregates meet the required specifications.
