Job summary

Volvo Group in Warwick is seeking a Warranty, Partner Support & Compliance Specialist to administer warranty and contract claims from Business Partners, manage product registrations and campaign activity, and audit partner compliance.

You will oversee system access for users, deliver training, and collaborate with Service Market UK to support around 20 partners including dealers and OEM customers across the UK and Ireland. Some UK travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital equipment, ideally in power generation, agriculture, construction, EV drivetrains, battery energy storage or commercial vehicles.
• Experience in warranty, aftersales, claims, customer support or Business Partner support.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills with data analysis experience.
• Experience supporting users with business systems including user access or training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for training and partner updates.
• Experience conducting audits and following up on compliance with dealer/partner standards.
• HND or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Valid full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of warranty and contract claims and guide Business Partners to resolution.
• Oversee product registration and campaign activity including reporting and tracking.
• Coordinate Business Partner system access and user setup.
• Deliver training and presentations to Business Partners and internal teams.
• Carry out audits across dealers, partners and OEM customers and address non-compliance.
• Report on Business Partner compliance and drive actions with partners to meet standards.
• Occasional travel to Sweden for forums and training; UK travel as needed.

We are now looking for a Warranty, Partner Support & Compliance Specialist to join our Service Market Industrial team. You will be responsible for administering warranty and contract claims submitted by Business Partners, alongside product registration and campaign management. With systems access and training, you will manage user access and partner data, and audit and follow up on compliance with dealer operating standards, claim handling and Business Partner requirements.

We are looking for someone with experience in capital equipment, ideally within sectors such as power generation, agriculture, construction, EV drivetrains, battery energy storage solutions or commercial vehicles.

• Technical understanding of products and equipment, with experience in a relevant industrial or technical environment
• Experience in warranty, aftersales, claims, customer support or Business Partner support
• Strong Excel and reporting skills, with experience producing and analysing data
• Experience supporting users with business systems, including user access, system setup or training
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering training and presenting information to Business Partners and internal teams
• Experience conducting audits, reviewing compliance and following up on actions with customers, dealers or partners
• HND or equivalent qualification or experience
• Valid full UK driving licence

What you will do

Reporting to the Director, Service Market UK, you will work closely with Business Development Managers, Service Engineers, Technical Trainers and the Business Support team.Together, you will help ensure effective claims handling, consistent standards and strong support for around 20 Business Partners including Dealers, OEM customers, and fleet customers across the UK & Ireland.

• Take ownership of warranty and contract claims, providing guidance to Business Partners and supporting effective claim resolution
• Oversee product registration and campaign activity, including reporting, completion tracking and follow-up
• Coordinate Business Partner system access, including registering new users, maintaining access and supporting system setup
• Deliver training and presentations to Business Partners and internal teams on warranty processes and relevant business applications
• Carry out audits across dealers, Business Partners and OEM customers, reviewing claims, dealer operating standards and Business Partner requirements
• Report on Business Partner compliance and work with partners to address actions and maintain required standards
• Visit dealers and OEM customers across the UK, with occasional travel to Sweden for forums and training
