Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited is recruiting a Warranty Executive for our Audi dealership in Scotland. The role offers a permanent full-time position (42 hours/week) with a salary of £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience.

You will process warranty and goodwill claims, ensure accuracy of documentation, and work with manufacturers to resolve claims. Training will be provided to achieve Audi Warranty Accreditation, with on-site support from the Warranty Team.

Qualifications

• Technical background, preferably within Automotive industry.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and manufacturers.
• Strong IT skills and comfortable navigating Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities

• Processing warranty/goodwill claims to manufacturers standards.
• Assessing the quality and compliance of warranty job cards.
• Invoicing and documentation of warranty activities.
• Supporting with paint and body claims.
• Chasing unpaid claims with manufacturers.
• Managing displaced parts and liaising on claim discrepancies.

Monday to Friday 8.0am - 5.00pm

Permanent Full Time - 42 hours per week

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience

We are looking for a Warranty Executive to join our fantastic team over at our xxxx Audi Dealership. You don't have to currently be working as a Warranty Advisor, you could be a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or a Technician, looking for a change of path within the industry. Experience is not essential, as long as you have the drive and desire to succeed in the role and make a difference to the team. You will be provided with on-site training and fully supported by the Warranty Team to achieve Warranty Executive Accreditation with Audi, making you an industry professional in your role.

Responsibilities

• Processing warranty/goodwill claims to manufacturers standards
• Assessing the quality and compliance of warranty job cards
• Invoicing
• Supporting with paint and body claims
• Chasing unpaid claims with the manufacturer
• Displaced parts management
• Liaising with manufacturers with claim discrepancies

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with a technical background, preferably within the Automotive industry, who possess an attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Someone who can build strong and lasting relationships with your fellow colleagues and is comfortable communicating with people at all levels within Lookers and the manufacture. It is essential you have strong IT skills and are able to easily navigate around the Microsoft packages.
