Lookers Motor Group Limited, Mercedes-Benz of Tonbridge, is hiring a Warranty Advisor to join our Service hub. You will process warranty claims, liaise with customers face-to-face, over the phone and by email, and support the workshop with accurate job cards and invoicing.

Salary: £32,000 basic salary

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am until 6pm

Mercedes-Benz is on the hunt for a Warranty Advisor to come and join his fantastic team over at our Tonbridge Dealership. You will be based within our fantastic Service hub. You will be part of a fantastic team which will be there to support and guide you through your new role.

Our Warranty Advisors are fundamental within our Aftersales department! Day-to-day they are primarily responsible for processing warranty claims as well as liaising with customers both face-to-face, over the phone and via email. We are looking for an individual with a customer service background “serviced” to perfection!

• Processing warranty claims to manufacturer standards
• Assessing the quality of warranty job cards which includes feeding back to the workshop
• Invoicing and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Supporting with Paint and body claims
• Interacting daily with customers over the phone

We are looking for an individual with a Technical background, preferably within the Automotive industry. Are you current a Service Advisor or Warranty Advisor looking to shake up their career with Lookers?

You will possess attention to detail and strong organisation skills; this is essential when prioritising and scheduling work appropriately. You will also be great at talking to customers and showcase a friendly but professional manner. Furthermore, you will be able to build strong and lasting relationships with your fellow colleagues.

It is also essential that you have strong IT skills; are you able to easily navigate around the Microsoft packages?
