Job summary

Hamilton Audi, part of Lookers Motor Group, is seeking skilled Vehicle Technicians to join our established team. You will conduct servicing, diagnostics and repairs to high standards in a well‑equipped workshop, with supported career development.

Full Audi manufacturer training is provided, enabling progression through multiple technician levels. The role offers flexible hours, market‑leading earnings and a long‑term career path within the group.

Audi – Vehicle Technician | Join Our Established Team at Hamilton Audi

Permanent, Full Time

Realistic annual earnings: £39,155–£56,656 (depending on level, retention bonuses and HVE qualification) + Colleague car scheme available

Flexible hours available: 40 hours Monday–Friday (08:30–17:00), plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:30–12:30) OR choose a fixed 4‑day working week (Mon–Thu / Tue–Fri, 42 hours)

An excellent opportunity has opened at Hamilton Audi for skilled, motivated Vehicle Technicians to join our established and high‑performing site. This role offers the chance to develop your career within a trusted, well‑supported workshop environment.

With full Audi manufacturer training provided, you’ll carry out high‑quality servicing, repairs and diagnostics, ensuring every customer leaves with complete confidence in their vehicle.

Salary & Progression Structure

We offer a transparent, structured pay model with strong earning potential across all skill levels:

• PDI Technician – £39,155 realistic annual earnings (based on £31,000 basic)


• Vehicle Technician – £42,230 realistic annual earnings (based on £34,000 basic)


• Vehicle Technician (Brand Qualified) – £46,945 realistic annual earnings (based on £37,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)


• Senior / Diagnostic Technician – £50,685 realistic annual earnings (based on £41,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)


• Master Technician – £56,656 realistic annual earnings (based on £47,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)

All earnings include basic salary, retention payments, productivity bonus, Saturday overtime, plus an additional £2,000 HVE qualification payment for qualified levels.

What You’ll Need
