Job summary

Slater Birtley seeks a Warranty Administrator in Leeds to join our team. You will handle warranty and R&M workflow, input job card details, and prepare invoices while ensuring accuracy.

Candidates should have experience in commercial vehicles or motor trade, strong data analysis, good communication, PC literacy, and a full UK driving licence. Working hours are 45 per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial vehicle or motor trade in a similar role.
• Previous Warranty Administrator experience.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication.
• Ability to analyse and collate data.
• PC literate.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Handle all warranty and service administration tasks accurately.
• Input warranty and R&M claim details from job cards.
• Create R&M warranty invoices.
• Identify parts for return and disposal.
• Investigate any rejected claims.
• Process Warranty/R&M credit payments.
